Service Failure/Complaint Notification

Dear Customer,

No fee is charged from our customer for malfunctions evaluated within the scope of warranty.

Malfunctions caused by reasons other than manufacturing and workmanship faults are excluded from the warranty.

For malfunctions not covered by warranty, a service fee is charged by our authorized service. In case of such malfunctions, if a spare part is changed, its fee is also requested by our authorized service.

Note: We recommend that you have periodic maintenance done to prevent malfunctions that may occur in your device. Performing periodic maintenance prevents malfunctions , prolongs the service life of your device, and prevents increases in your fuel consumption.
