As Termo Isı Sistemleri, we produce domestic and industrial burners with our Ecostar brand and condensing hot water boilers with our Ecodense brand. Being deemed worthy of the "Company with the Most Burner Exports" award by İSİB for the 4th time in a row in 2022 seriously motivated us as a team. When we compare the export data in 2023 with last year, we predict a growth of approximately 20 percent in Euro terms at the end of the year. When we look back to 2022, we can say that the export balances that normalized after the pandemic were reshaped after the war between Ukraine and Russia. It is possible to say that the uncertainty in energy supply with the start of the war was very decisive in terms of our exports. The natural gas problem in Europe in the early periods of the war brought about demands for alternative fuels. In addition to the conversion of natural gas-powered heating systems to liquid fuel in the short term, especially in Ukraine, the demands of our customers in Europe, especially Germany, for alternative fuel products have also increased. On the other hand, the EU's imposition of sanctions on certain products against Russia has brought the demands from Russia to the top. As the Ecostar family, we have tried to meet these demands of our customers thanks to our wide range of product networks. In this process, it is necessary to make a separate mention for our R&D and P&D department employees, who ensure that environmentally friendly burners with low NOx emissions, working with alternative fuels such as hydrogen fuel products, biogas and waste oil, are in our product range. Thanks to the investments made in the design center, our innovative and environmentally friendly products have created the opportunity for us to offer solutions to varying demands in other geographies besides Europe. As a company established with 100% domestic capital, we make the most of our existing resources. We aim to continue our exports by making good use of it, contributing to global sustainability and growing economically. At this point, we increased the export volume by highlighting your high energy efficiency, low noise, electronic proportional, Low NOX, New Generation models. We take care to exhibit these environmentally friendly and high value-added products at the fairs we attend. By taking part in important fair organizations such as MCE Milano in 2022, we had the opportunity to meet with our partners whom we could not meet after the pandemic, and we had the chance to closely follow the trends in the air conditioning sector. In 2023, we promoted our new and innovative products by participating in various sectoral fairs in England and Russia, especially ISH Frankfurt. When we analyzed the feedback we received after the fair, we saw that our sales strategy was compatible with the needs of the heating sector, which is developing especially within the framework of the European Green Deal. We believe that İSİB can achieve its sector-wide target for 2028. When we look at the results we obtained from this year's Workshop, we see that the 3-year goals of the air conditioning industry match the strategic plans of our company. We have also included ESG and Taxonomy-related targets in our three-year plans, especially in terms of climate and sustainability within the scope of the European Green Deal. As a company, we have made serious investments in digital transformation, which will occupy the agenda in the coming years. We believe that we will be the biggest candidate for the "Company that exports the most burners" award. "In order to achieve sector targets and expand exports, we expect to increase fair supports, provide visa convenience for fair participation, and plan more B2B meetings and trade delegation organizations." On the other hand, we have not compromised on our sustainability and environmental sensitivity in our investments as a company. In this context, we have completed the expansion and renovation works in our factory in Çorlu. We realized our goal of reducing the carbon footprint by installing solar power plants on the factory roof. We collect rainwater and use it in our "end of line" test devices. Thus, we save approximately 100 tons/h of water annually. We aim to grow our exports by 20 percent in 2024. We plan to increase the sales of our condensing floor-standing boilers, such as Cell Condens, with the recuperative and high-speed burners we have recently added to our product range. To achieve these goals, we will attend important sectoral fairs, meet with our partners abroad and introduce our new products. We will participate in the AHR EXPO Fair to be held in Chicago in 2024 and try to enter the US market with our high modulation burners for which we received the UL certificate. We will accelerate on-site training activities by visiting customers in other countries as well as new countries where we have not been active before.
